Choral Leadership Academy
for Pre-Professional Teachers

Designed for high-achieving undergrad and gradu-
ate-level pre-service educators, the Leadership Acade-
my fosters management skills, pedagogical growth, and
community building in the early stages of professional
development for the next generation of choral music
educators. The Leadership Academy provides pre-pro-
fessional teachers with meaningful learning experiences
and direct access to mentors among thought-leaders in
the field, shaping an innovative, inclusive, and enduring
future for choral music education.

Music in Worship

Come and raise the roof with us as we create the Big
Midwestern Church Choir! Join local church choirs and
conductors from around the region for an opportunity
to learn new music for worship contexts. Participants
will have the opportunity to take music back to their
home choirs, and directors will leave with new resources
and tricks of the trade to share with their ensembles.
Selected repertoire will be relevant, meaningful, and ac-
cessible for congregations of all sizes.
