Choral Studies
The choral department at the University of South Carolina features six ensembles,
all of which maintain active performance schedules. The graduate conducting cohort
is immersed in a holistic program of study that emphasizes musical excellence,
collaboration and leadership. Coursework includes extensive gesture study, multiple
choral literature courses, conducting pedagogy and a study abroad experience.
